Deputy Treasurer

Zachary Turinsky is a third year History and Politics undergraduate student at the University of Oxford. At Oxford, he was the treasurer of the Oxford University Strategic Studies Group. Previously, he was an intern for the Association for Diplomatic Studies and Training and the Center for Maritime Strategy.
