Sergey Shkolnikov

Sergey Shkolnikov is a second year student at St. Hughs, studying Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. He leads the finance and sponsorship portfolio for the Society. Sergey’s interest in diplomacy stems from his interest in working on problems across conflict, sanctions, illicit arms flows, and development. These problems cannot be solved by any government acting alone, and diplomacy is how interested states turn their mutual interests into cooperation and action. His favourite part of Oxford Diplomatic Society is the lovely events and other members of the committee!
