Amelia Blunden
President
Amelia Blunden is entering her third year of Arabic and Islamic Studies at Pembroke College. Passionate about dialogue and diplomacy, she has participated in delegations to Nepal and Pakistan and engaged in numerous embassy visits. Beyond her studies, she has designed crisis simulations addressing geopolitical and security challenges and has edited for both the Oxford Diplomatic Dispatch and the Oxford Middle East Review. After spending her year abroad in Jordan deepening her Arabic, Amelia has developed a strong interest in the intersection of language, diplomacy, and culture. She looks forward to leading the Society in expanding its global partnerships and creating new opportunities for students and alumni to engage with international affairs.
